How My Journey Began

I have always been curious about how things work, including people. From my first job bagging groceries through fortune 100 manufacturing companies. People have asked me numerous times -" how do you see the future." I use my superpower of context to put the puzzle pieces together. I identify the gap and challenge "the way we have always done it" mentality. I am the only business coach who has built a team for outsourcing nearly 1,000,000 man-hours and built a Project Management Office in a 125-year-old company changing the culture forever and achieving more than ever imagined. Having been accountable for the worldwide supply, inventory, and P&L for the world's largest mobile earth-moving equipment, I am the only coach on the planet with this experience. I have been blessed to work with many blue-collar business owners to become better for themselves while delivering on expectations. Because of those relationships and walking the shop floors, my context sphere is uniquely different!
